* In order to run for Florida governor, you have to be at least 30 years old and a resident of Florida for the preceding seven years. Not to be nit-picky, but couldn’t we up the ante a bit? Maybe, stipulate that candidates would have to meet with a least one major-market newspaper editorial board and, at no time in the past could they have invoked the Fifth Amendment any more than, say, 70 times during a deposition.
