Bipartisan Agreement On SOMETHING

If often seems like there’s very little that Democrats and Republicans can agree on other than that the other side deserves demonizing. Well, here’s a notable exception, according to a recent Bloomberg Politics poll. It showed that 80 percent of Republicans AND 83 percent of Democrats are in favor of overturning the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision. So, if four out of five Republicans and Democrats can agree that allowing corporations and unions to spend unlimited amounts of money on political causes is not good for democracy, then maybe five out of nine justices might someday agree as well.
