The Army’s criteria for rejecting applicants includes test scores, health and–this just in–tattoos. Subject matter, of course, matters–but so does location. To wit: “Anything above the T-shirt neck line to include on/inside eyelids, mouth and ears.”
It speaks volumes when the Army feels the need to actually specify such body parts.
