One of the mayhem-curbing changes in the free Student Day at the Florida State Fair next year states that anyone younger than 18 will not be admitted for free after 6 p.m. without an adult. Maybe that will help, although 16-and 17-year-old “wilding” prospects hanging out with 18-and-19-year-old “adults” is hardly reassuring.
