Much has been made of Tesla Motors, with a market value surpassing $20 billion, already becoming a viable electric-car player–even if its products are too upscale for most buyers’ budgets. But there’s no denying one obvious strategy at play with flamboyant CEO Elon Musk. Just because you go green and use charging stations doesn’t mean you abandon style. Because it’s a plug-in doesn’t mean it actually has to look utilitarian and boring.
