Put me down as agreeing with those folks who are looking askance at millions of dollars in incentives to lure Bass Pro Shops to Hillsborough County. At stake aren’t the 21st century-type jobs the county needs to be prioritizing.
If BPS wants to come here, that’s their unilateral call. And, frankly, this looks like it would be their kind of retail market. They don’t need to be incentivized. That’s Bass Akwards.
