Imagine, if “generational candidate” Marco Rubio, 44, were elected president, he would be the second youngest man ever elected president–right behind John F. Kennedy (43). (Teddy Roosevelt (42) succeeded to the presidency after the assassination of William McKinley.) And imagine, if Ted Cruz were elected president, he (44) also would also be the second youngest president ever elected.
Obviously, “generational change” doesn’t mean what it used to.
