How bad is the problem with rogue drones? They’ve interfered with air traffic and firefighters, invaded private property and even stalked women. And doesn’t it speak volumes that in California last month, legislators introduced a bill that would grant immunity to emergency responders who damage a drone that gets in their way.

And this just in: the Consumer Electronics Association estimates that “hobbyists” (whatever happened to coin and stamp collecting?) will buy 700,000 drones this year in the U.S. That’s 63 percent more than 2014. That’s beyond disturbing.
