“Gun tourism.”
Is there no end to the perversion of Americans’ right to bear arms? Because of this odious oxymoron, a Las Vegas gun instructor is dead and a 9-year-old girl, who was firing a fully automatic Uzi submachine gun, is scarred for life.
It happened at a big-gun, “recreational” shooting range called “Last Stop.” The girl and her New Jersey family had been brought to “Last Stop” by a tour company, “Bullets and Burgers.” No, you can’t make this up.
And had the 9-year-old not been practicing with an Uzi, she–or her parents–could have chosen a grenade launcher or a sniper rifle. Alas, Barbie and Ken were never in the mix on this family’s vacation.
But who actually killed that 39-year-old instructor? It’s immaterial that the girl’s identity has not been released. He was killed by a gun culture.
