I finally saw the video of the Bollywood Oscars award night. Lots of energy, to be sure, but it often seemed colorfully tedious to the non-Hindi, non-fan. But Mayor Bob Buckhorn, as always, was pitch perfect in touting Tampa. He doesn’t miss a beat–or an opportunity. Even in a Nehru jacket.
