New USF football coach Willie Taggart hasn’t coached a game yet, but he made quite the impression last week when USF opened pre-season practice. He brought along a guest speaker, John Harbaugh, the coach of the defending Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens. Taggart played for Harbaugh’s father, Jack, at Western Kentucky and was an assistant coach for Harbaugh’s brother, Jim, at Stanford. Taggart is family to the Harbaughs.
