The Supreme Court, as we well know, has never been more diverse. To be sure, we’ve seen the last of those nine-for-nine, all-white, Anglo, straight, male groupings. We have Christians, Jews, a Latina and even a pre-Court non-judge. That pretty much leaves one last frontier: a Justice with a law degree from somewhere other than Harvard, Yale and Columbia.
